In 1999 I did the logo, event icons and program cover for the Special Olympics world Games in North Carolina. It was an amazing experience – my logo was on everything from t-shirts, hats, pins, watches, fanny packs and more to limited edition Coca Cola cans, and Mc Donald cups. It was in the airport on huge signage, billboards, cut into grass on a hillside, and on backdrops behind all the medal presentations. The whole family flew down for four days  and I was treated like a celebrity- it was a lot of fun, as well as very uplifting to see the athletes compete. I even got to hand out medals at a track event.
